High performance concrete is a concrete mixture, which possess high strength when compared to conventional concrete. This concrete contains one or more of cementious materials such as fly ash, Silica fume or ground granulated blast furnace slag and usually a super plasticizer.The production cement is involves large amount of carbon dioxide, a potent greenhouse gas. Use binder materials (GGBS and Silica fume) to improve the performance of concrete. Admixtures are used to improve characteristics (strength and durability) of concrete. The objective of this paper is to determine the compression strength and split tensile strength for cubes, cylinders. Also determine ultimate load, deflection, crack pattern and flexural behavior of reinforced HPC beams by using binder materials. Finally to compare the results of reinforced HPC beams by using binder with GGBS and Silica fume with control concrete beams. To find out M60 grade of concrete and water-binder cement ratio of 0.31.
