sexual preference.

01.02 Describe ways in which discrimination may deliberately or inadvertently occur in the work setting

Discrimination may occur in the work place by putting someone’s work down and saying they’re not
good enough, are passed over for promotions or even if they are dismissed because of their age.
Another point of discrimination is not making suitable changes to the work space for employees with a
Disability thus discriminating and excluding people.
